I am looking for a high magnification scope to put on my 300 mag. I am hunting a tract this year that offers shots out to 400+ yards so I need a little help with the eyes. Not interested in junk, but not wanting to drop a grand on one either. If you have something that meets my needs, lets bargain.

It is a bolt action 22 rifle-Plain Jane type of rifle. It is stamped on the barrel Mark II. This rifle favors the Marlin bolt action 22's that you see so often. I will probably just order one, but wanted to check here first. Thanks for the info.

I bought a Savage Mark II 22 long rifle a couple years ago and it did not have the clip with it. I am looking for the clip for this bolt action rifle. It will probably hold between 7 To 10 shells. If you have one laying around give me a shout.

I am kicking around the idea of buying a Brush Mower to trim up some creek banks in the hay fields. It can't be bush hogged due to the washes and slopes that will flip a tractor in a heart beat.
