There is a TV show "Monsters inside me" that I have watched once, three shows one after the other. They all had worms and larva inside people and it was all traced back to raw fish. So, yall eat away, I will drop my raw fish in bubbling peanut oil.

Backstrap looks great, we do almost the same thing, however we use water chestnuts and jalapeno pepper slices.

I talked to the Boss and she boils them, pours off the hot water, refills the pot with cold water and lets them sit for around 10 minutes. She peels them under cold running water from the faucet. Oh yeah, she also puts about a TBSP of salt in the boiling water. We eat a lot of boiled eggs.

I got thousands of acorns on the ground. I watched a doe and two fawns eating them today. The two fawns could not get enough, doe kept leaving and coming back to check on them.
