I been hearing about cooking boiled peanuts in the pressure cooker for a while now but just always preferred to boil em the old fashioned way. Well not any more. My wife found some green goobers at the grocery store and I gave em a try in the pressure cooker....damn best boiled peanuts I've ever coo...

For supper tonight with tater tots, fries, and puppies. Even fixed one of Deadeyes cakes for desert...topped with ice cream of course.

Most grocery stores around here cary Leggs seasoning. Usually it's on or near the condiment isle. You may have to ask but I'm sure the grocery stores in your area have it too.

Caught some Boston butts on sale so I bought a couple and made some patty sausage. Wound up with 17 pounds out of two butts. Seasoned with leggs #10 seasoning. The sample patty was mighty tasty!

I watched Miami and USC play this afternoon and Miami seemed to have a lot of speed and they handled the ball well in the paint. Auburn is gonna have to keep Kesler out of foul trouble and have really good play out of the guards from here on to go any deeper in the tournament.

Are best to plant for doves? I'm gonna give em a try again this year I think. The deer usually wipe them out when they get about knee high but maybe if I plant enough they won't eat em all
