Well we had 43 people to eat. We had 5lbs of chicken left over. Everyone was happy and putting in orders for the next time.

I had a char griller duo. When I was in hurry I used gas. But most of the time I used charcoal. Now I have a weber pro. I like my charcoal.

I like using corn starch to thicken the drippings. You can add carrots onions rosemary thyme to the stock/dripping with a little flour I. Pot and thin it with wine to make Augus for beef. Before you serve it just stain it to get the veggies out.

Hang on I missed the wWorcester . What kind are you wanting to make? Beef , turkey, pork gravy. You can use the drippings from the pan and bring it to a boil in a pan and add corn starch or flour.

Use bacon or sausage greese add a couple tbl. Spoons of flour. Let it brown and turn iinto a paste. Keep pan hot. Pour in milk and use a fork to and deglaze the pan. Wbring it to boil the cut it off and pour over biscuits
