When ringing the neck on a big goose, watch out for a dying judo kick to the nads. My son busted one yesterday. It was still alive when the dog brought it to him. He popped the neck and held it up to look at it. That aligned the foot perfectly with his nether region and down he went. I laughed so hard I almost cried.
