bow opinion

Post by dnolen »

Alright I'm considering a up grade. I currently have a Mathew LX I bought in 2004. I'm left handed so just going to shop is not really a option. What the good bad and ugly of what's out there

I'm not gonna knock Mathews.... But I've owned a PSE for nearly 20 years.... I shot the the Carrera for 17 of those... Wish I had upgraded sooner.... I love my PSE and wouldn't swap to another brand... but that's just me... Mathews are good solid bows as well... And don't think you can go wrong choosing either of them.....

I should have mentioned. I swore off PSE. When we shot tournaments I had a run in with PSE in metropolis Illinois. Told them where to stick it and got a Mathews.

Just saw this. I'm a lefty too, so I know what you mean about shopping around for one. Most shops don't have every model set up in lefty. If you're interested, I have a couple bows and need to sell one of them. I have a 2015 Elite 32, 70 pounds, 28.5 draw. Also have a 2016 Mathews No Cam 70, 28.5. Both have the QAD ultra rest and the HHA single pin setup.
