Pinchers went down this weekend

Post by Slayinbucks24/7 »

Buck we've had on camera the last 3 years slipped up and walked by me Fri evening while I was sitting over a dirt plot on a hilltop with bottoms all around me. Soon as I saw the crab claws,I knew which deer it was. Feel blessed to put a good one on the ground this early in the season. Pressure is off and time to pick up the bow again.
Any score guesses? Bases were 4 3/4 each,longest g2 was 11,longest main beam was 23 1/2.

Good job bro! That's a nice one, especially with the history you have with him.

122 4/8 was the score. I didn't include an inch kicker off his brow tine or mess with deductions. I thought he would only go 115-120 max before measuring. his short g3's hold him back score wise. I'm still thrilled with him though. Score really don't mean much to me. spread was 16 1/2".

I believe it actually is a 79. Ole Blue is her name and she'll go just about anywhere. She belongs to the club prez and I want to say he's the 2nd owner. It's a bad machine in the woods. Got one heck of a gear under the rear end

Little late here, but congrats! I'd guess somewhere around 122 give or take 4/8"!
