Work has been wide ass open for me lately but things are going so dang good I’m not about to complain about missing out on a little deer hunting.

BUT now it’s time to burn some powder....

Maybe you’ll bust his ass, either way hard to beat a good morning in the woods.

Went to bed with a 5% chance of rain until about 8am and woke up with a 100% downpour in Ourtown @ 4:30. What a disappointment.

Doesn’t look too promising for an afternoon hunt either. Typical horsechit.

I stayed with my mom last night and she just whipped up a fine breakfast for her growing young boy () so at least I get to spend some time with her which is worth more than any deer I may have seen.

I ain’t mad enough at a deer to sit in the rain and us po’folk ain’t got no fancy chootin’ houses like most hunters.
