Stuffed Backstrap.....
We stuffed some Backstrap with cream cheese, onion, bell pepper, and jalapenos, then we wrapped it in bacon and grilled. Pretty Damn tasty.

I took some backstrap out of the freezer and put it in the frig today. My wife and I both wanted to try something different and I beleive we will try this.
