Bronzed snapper w/ olive oil, lime juice, garlic, black pepper, & cayenne

Seared swordfish w/ lemon pepper and applewood dust kept warm in foil tent

Served with angel hair pasta, heart of palms, and a Leinenkugel Summer Shandy

Damn that looks good! If I'm not mistaken you aren't too far from me. You keep cooking like that and you're going to have an uninvited guest at your door at supper time :D

Thanks fellas it was mighty fine. Don't get to cook swordfish that often and it was great BUT the snapper was out of this world. Many thanks to good friends for bringing us back some fresh fish
