Seafood Gumbo....
Semi homemade....we started with a box of Zatarains gumbo mix.....I grilled some chicken thighs and some Conecuh baby link sausage that we added along with some shrimp, a cup of whole kernel corn and a couple cans of smoked oysters. Turned out pretty good.
