I really like the topic title, how about we post on this thread when we want to show off our meal. However, we could always post a different thread every time we ate, dunno, just a suggestion.

Thanks bobwhite. Dang good looking spread you had too! I can't fry my cubed deer meat to save my life, either over cook it or the crust won't stick. My granny woulda said "you ain't holding your mouth right boy!..."

I have the same problem, the crust on that last night was soggy as hell, looked and tasted good, but soggy. My wife will do the frying from now on and I'll stick to the grilling. :D

That was a fine looking meal BCLC! I never have a problem frying my cube steak. I'll try to post up exactly how I do mine next time I cook some.

BCLC, those look great. For some reason in my neck of the woods it is hard to find bone in ribeyes, I buy them every time I can find them.
