I promise they are safe and sound. I figured more people would look if I wrote that. :D

I put just enough Italian dressing on the turkey to make the batter hold. The batter is simply Zatarains seasoned fish fry with about 2-3 tablespoons of the powder Louisiana crab boil mixed in. It is mighty fine.
