Making Italian pasta and meatballs. My meatball recipe has been handed down multiple generations (I'm 50% Italian) and is the real deal. My Italian gravy (red sauce) recipe is the chit too. Pics will follow.

"Infusing" the olive oil with fresh thyme, garlic, basil and parsley. Gonna seat the meatballs in this before they go into the oven with the red sauce and mozzarella

I have never seen this cooked this way. I'm not a big pasta fan but I have to admit it looks really good.
