This gonna be some kinda good! Marinated in fresh basil, thyme, and cilantro with moores and lemon juice.

What did it turn out like? I have never marinated fish in anything like that.

That's a fine fisherman/ helper you have there.

I could vaguely taste the marinade on the fish but this was due to using too strong of a batter, it overwhelmed the marinade. Next time I'll use a flour based one instead of cornmeal
