I'm sure most already know this but PEEL THAT TOUGH MEMBRANE OFF THE BACK OF YOUR RIBS and they will be more likely to "fall off the bone"






Then slather that sucker in your favorite rub (check the Bama Recipes forum for my all purpose pork rub which is JAM UP on some ribs!)
