20 minute meals

Having 2 kids and an ol' lady with the patience of a yellow jacket keeps everything I cook to 20min or less to prep/cook/serve....tonight's meal
Ribeyes, stuffed mushrooms, taters, & asparagus

That's a fine 20 minute meal there son! We ate ribeyes and smoked ribs two nights ago. It was some kinda good

Thanks DW...they're easy..Take some portobello shrooms and cut out stem and center of cap. Save stems to chop up and mix with parmesean cheese, creamed spinach, and a few panko bread crumbs for a little crunch then stuff back in cap and top with mozzarella... Bake @ 375-400deg for 10-12min
