Rutabaga, do you use ascorbic acid when you're canning? If so, do you know any stores that carry it in bulk, a 1lb or 2lb bag? I need some for my pool and can order it online but was wondering if any stores stock it.

I asked the brains of the operation and she said NO, she uses citric.
