I got a bunch of jalapenos I need to do something with....y'all think they'd make some good pepper sauce? If so....how do I make it?

I boil a cup of vinegar, a tablespoon of sugar, a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of olive oil and then pour it in a jar full of peppers. I'm sure DK or someone has a better recipe. The president of our hunting club has been making me some the last couple of years. I'll ask him what his recipe is.

Hot 7% vinegar and table spoon of salt. That all I put in mine. I like to put in several different types of peppers and onions. With jalapeños if you slice them put some lime on them they stay crunchy.

Great idea here, I used cayennes from the garden, had more than I could eat so should be pretty spicy, hopefully not too hot

It shouldn't be. Last I made was cayenne, dragon breath, jalapeños, and few outher chilies. I also added carrots with the onions. That's the best combo. Sauce had a good flavor without a killer heat. Just don't pop a carrot in your mouth
