Grilled venison Backstrap....

Man I love this stuff. I cut it up into about 1" chunks and soak it in buttermilk overnight..then I drain the buttermilk but I don't rinse it off...a little salt and pepper and wrap em with a half slice of bacon then on the grill till the bacon gets done...hard to beat.

Backstrap looks great, we do almost the same thing, however we use water chestnuts and jalapeno pepper slices.
The first and as far as I know the only member to be banned from this site.
