That looks good! I've been craving some ribs. I'm gonna have to get some on the smoker this weekend

Thanks fellas. Didn't have time for smoker after work so I cooked these in gas oven with open flame broiler @ 500deg. 15min per side then wrap in foil and let rest in warm oven while I made some pasta. Dry rub only no sauce tonight.

What kind of dry rub do you use ?
That batch I used 3 different Pilleteri's MrP's brand seasonings.

Rub-a-Butt
Lemon Pepper
Butter-n-Herbs

My spice cabinet is 75% MrPs I use them all regularly from breakfast to dinner and everything in between ... check out their website huge variety...the original deli is about 15min from us. Also is best butcher shop in Bham area.
