It's ok....I was afraid I had cooked it too long and dried it out but it's just got a heavy smoke color on the outside. It's perfect inside....moist and flaky.

The shrimp were already cooked but frozen...I put them in the grill pan and let them thaw out on the smoker after I took the salmon off .
