Yessir....Bulgogi is Korean bbq. That is strips of pork skewered and cooked on the grill. I have an uncle who was a cook in the army he got me hooked on that stuff years ago. Mine ain't nearly as good as his but it's good for a change. Kinda sweet and a little bit sour.

This is what I used last night....it calls for beef,pork, or chicken. We just had some pork chops handy.
