Smoked turkey

Post by dnolen »

No matter how hard I try I can't get the damn thing to light. Lol

How do y'all like to have your turkey? What is your process?
This year I'm brining mine with salt, water, oranges, lemons, limes, onions, garlic, bay leaves and black pepper. If you have never tried it. It is damn good.

I just brine mine in a saltwater solution and then smoke it. My kids love it. Bailey already asked about a month ago if I would smoke the turkey this year instead of cooking it in the oven.
