Instant pot boiled peanuts

I been hearing about cooking boiled peanuts in the pressure cooker for a while now but just always preferred to boil em the old fashioned way. Well not any more. My wife found some green goobers at the grocery store and I gave em a try in the pressure cooker....damn best boiled peanuts I've ever cooked I think. I used this recipe....
2lbs green peanuts
1/2 cup of kosher salt
1/3 cup of Apple cider vinegar
Cook em under pressure for 45 minutes and let them naturally release the steam.
Not sure what the vinegar does but you can't taste it at all in the finished product.
