1 package of frozen hashbrowns
8 eggs
1 pound of breakfast sausage
1 cup of milk
1 pack of mexican blend cheese
Cook sausage and combine it with the frozen hashbrowns then put into a 9x11 baking dish
Break eggs into bowl and combine with cup of milk and whisk til eggs are well beaten
Pour eggs over hashbrown sausage mix and sprinkle cheese over the top
Bake at 350* for 40-45 minutes
Salsa or sawmill gravy goes well with this dish
