Hayman's Cubesteak filled with cream cheese wrapped in bacon

Marinate your cubed steak in plain water over night to get most of the blood out.

Cut steak into smaller pieces. (About 2x3 or 2x4)

I go ahead and sprinkle some southern flavor, onion powder, creole, and sometimes I use Ranch seasoning (optional)
I don't measure just season to your taste.

Put a good dab of cream cheese and a couple jalapeno rings on each peice of meat then fold it over and wrap 1/2 slice of bacon (or more if needed) around the meat and stick a toothpick though it.

Just before you put them on the grill completely submerge them in Moore's or Dales for just a few minutes. If you let it sit in there too long the Moore's will over power all the other seasonings.

Cook until bacon is done. Just don't over cook it because the steak will be done before the bacon is.
