Rocket's Wicked Deer Kabob Marinade

I had a venison marinade recipe and I wanted to try it on some hind quarter shish kabobs. Went to the store and couldn't find the first ingredient: Apple Cider. They had plenty of Apple Juice but I didn't want the sweet taste, I wanted to use something a little more tart. Just on a whim I grabbed a bottle of Black Cherry Juice and used it instead. After marinating for 2 days I cooked them on the grill last night ... Oh my ... the marinade is to die for in my book. Just thought I'd contribute this little gem of a recipe :
Venison Marinade
Ingredients:
• ½ cup Black cherry juice
• ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tsp Dried rosemary
• 4 tsp Garlic powder
• 2 tblsp Olive oil
• 1 tsp Black pepper – ground
• 2 tsp Salt
Directions:
• Put all ingredients in a gallon freezer bag
• Add the meat and refrigerate for 2 days
Venison Marinade
