First timer!

I got a new smoker for my birthday but ive never used one before. Got home this evening and thought its be a good day to try it out. I seasoned the smoker Saturday so it was ready to go.
I picked up a flat iron steak and thought itd be good to try.
Marinated it about an hour in Dales sauce and then rubbed it down with some McCormick steak seasoning.
Put it in the smoker with mesquite chips and smoked it on 225 for about 2 hours. It turned out great even if i say so myself!
