WTT: Nikon scope (rings/bases incl) for SA .22LR

Nikon Prostaff 3-9x50 BDC w/ 2pc picatinny rings (high) and 2pc picatinny base (Howa 1500). I'd like to trade for SA .22LR like Heritage Arms or something similar. It's for my son, he says he's ready to graduate to his 1st "real" pistol. Approx value of scope & rings as is: $140-150ish
