Pond Stocking

i am going to put 2k copper nose bluegill and about the same number of channel cats in a pond. Anyone done this that can give me a estimate on cost. Just want to start putting money back.

according to Alabama fish and pond, copper nose bluegill are $45 per 100, at 1-2 inches. channel cats are $50 per 100 at 3-5 inches. that was the fall pond stocking prices. that's probably over now though, they send that out in August. .

so roughly $900 in bluegill and $1k in channel . $2k roughly if you can get the fall specials pricing.
