I caught a deer(as my wife always says)

on Thanksgiving day. I donated it to a local church in Loudon County Tn. They feed the homeless. This is the very first time i have ever heard a deer baw like that. Right up until she died. Weird feeling

It’s a bad feeling to hear one die like that. Last night we were leaving the falls light show in Gadsden and somebody in front of us ran over a cow horn spike right there in town.

Deer was laying on the edge of the pavement with his head up doing that.

I can’t stand to watch an animal suffer. I shot a big 8pt with my bow many years ago and hit him high. We found him dead almost 2 weeks later. That when I quit bow hunting. I was so sick I gave the rack away.
