tried something new

Can't post pics but a new twist on turnip greens.
3tbl. So. Olive oil in skillet
8oz. Of baby Bella's chopped
1 clove of garlic minced
1tea. Sp. Crushed red pepper.
1 bunch of greens chopped
Heat oil in skillet put garlic and Bella's and sauta for 5 min.
Add greens and when they wilt down add peppe.
Cook for about 10 mins.


I was surprised how tthis turned out. It may be the best way I've had greens. Plus the wife said it's healthy.
